Ashlee's Hearts	Ashlee's Hearts. 2000. Made for my niece Ashlee in the style of the pattern Raggedy Hearts and Stars.
Johnson Retirement Quilt	Johnson Retirement Quilt. 2004 Made to honor the retirement of a Coast Guard buddy and his wife - Chris and Lisa Johnson. This is my one and only king sized quilt - it's HUGE! And, I didn't even do the quilting! Machine Quilted by Leslie Guzman at the Finished Quilt.
Batik Square Knot	Batik Square Knot 2002 & 2003. Quilts made using Lazy Girl pattern #300 SquareKnots
Vestibule	Vestibule 1998. Made by Carolyn Griffin, quilted by Laura Lee Fritz, from the collection of Richard Kluckhohn. A wonderful quilt of sail boats and sea life. Every blue square was quilted by Laura Lee with a different sea life picture (crabs, birds, fish, whales...)
Tree Frog	Tree Frog Quilt. Made as a challenge with my first quilting group. We each brought to a meeting a fat quarter of one fabric for each other member. This is what I created out of my stash and the original nine fabrics.
Red and White Rescue	Red and White Rescue. 1994-1999. I rescued a 1920's top someone else had made into a comforter. I took the comforter apart and restitched the top's seams by hand. Next I spent four years hand quilting. This won a ribbon for the quilting and the "Legacy in Stitches" award at Kaleidoscope of Quilts 1999 in Toledo, Ohio.
Fishy Vest	Fishy Vest. 1996. My first try at design. Random pieced strips were applied to a foundation that was later super-stitched for texture.
Giant Bow Ties	Giant Bow Ties. 1994. These 12" and 6" bow ties were sewn using my serger. They were so fast I made two queen sized quilts and pieced the borders. Machine quilted by Laura Lee Fritz.
Hong Kong Vest	Hong Kong Vest. 2001. Right front fabric is woven. Left front is cut through with the cut out pieces fused to the lining. Both sides are super-stitched and then washed to "shrink wrap" the fabric and add texture.
Foley Orchid Cascade	Foley Orchid Cascade 2002. Made for the Gathering of Quilters, Toledo OH Annual Wall Quilt Auction. This quilt won my two favorite ribbons - Best Use of Color and a Viewers' Choice. Fanciful quilting in the borders are of multi-colored orchids.
